Mileage is a running-fundraising pilot operated by Colton Riley. Contact: [email protected].
To run the service: authenticate you, calculate and display pledges and mileage, show runner stats, process donations and payments, and communicate with you about your account and campaigns.
We use trusted service providers and do not sell your data: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Strava (only the data you connect), Every.org (charity donations and receipts), Stripe (payments, once live), Google (sign-in), and an email provider for sign-in and notifications.
We access your Strava data only after you connect your account, store your access securely, and keep your mileage and stats to power your campaigns. Disconnect anytime from your runner dashboard; we stop pulling new data and will remove stored Strava data on request.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
We keep your data while your account is active. Email us to access or delete your data; we'll remove it except where we must keep records (e.g., tax or donation records).
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Residents of California, the EU/UK, and similar regions have additional rights; email us to exercise them.
Mileage is for people 18 and older and is not directed to children.
